The Great American Dessert Experience hit Atlanta this past week. الحلوى الامريكية الكبرى تجربة تصل الى اتلانتا الاسبوع الماضي. And they promised coffee, tea, and dessert. والتي وعدت بها القهوه والشاي والحلوى. So you know damn well we were there. انت تعرف ذلك جيدا اللعنه وجودنا هناك. Like we could stay away. كما اننا يمكن ان تبقى بعيدة. There were dessert demonstrations, competitions, and more...but we wanted to check out the wares of the exhibitors. كانت هناك مظاهرات الحلوى ، والمسابقات ، واكثر... ولكن أردنا أن أفحص التركيبات للعارضين. Here's some highlights: وإليك بعض الملامح البارزة :

Wine Cellar Sorbets had an interesting array of products. النبيذ القبو sorbets كان مثيرا للاهتمام مجموعة من المنتجات. First…well, you can guess what came first: their namesake. أولا… حسنا ، يمكنك تخمين ما يمكن ان يأتي في المرتبة الاولى : على نفس الاسم. We tried out a Pinot Noir sorbet and it was excellent. لقد حاولنا التوصل الى pinot sorbet اسود وانه كان ممتازا. They also have other variations, like Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangria Rojo and Champagne. ولها ايضا اختلافات اخرى ، مثل cabernet Sauvignon ، السانجريا رويو والشمبانيا. They also have the Van Gogh line of gourmet sorbets, and they're all caffeinated. كما ان لها فان جوخ خط خبير الاطعمه sorbets ، وانهم جميعا caffeinated. Because when I think of Van Gogh, I think of…well, never mind, I don't know the connection, but that hardly matters. لانه عندما افكر فان جوخ ، واعتقد ان من… حسنا ، ابدا اعتبارها ، ولا أدري ما الصدد ، ولكن هذا لا يهم. You could have called the line of sorbets Steve and I wouldn't have cared. هل يمكن ان يكون دعا الى خط sorbets ستيف وانا لن يكون الاهتمام بها. Tried the Espresso Chip and it was exceptionally tasty. حاولت ان Espresso رقاقة وكان استثناءيه لذيذ. Dark chocolate bits, smooth taste of coffee (surprisingly smooth) all in a sorbet. الظلام الشوكولاته هذه المعاهدات ، وسلاسه طعم القهوه (الغريب السلس) في جميع sorbet. Nicely done. ودي القيام به.
