I did not see anything about these pjs being flame retardent. I mean that would be a big seller.

It’s easy to figure out why the PJs are laid out the way they are. The link refers to Ephesians 6:10-18. What you’re looking for is in verses 14-17:
“Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God”
Yes, the PJs are missing the sword of the spirit. I’ve seen soemthing like this in a Christian bookstore but as more of a halloween thing…less sleepwear and more playwear made mostly of plastic. Odd either way.
It’s an easy verse to do a lesson with because it directly translates to something concrete that kids can make and/or wear. It’s a weird symptom of moodern Christian subculture that comes up with thinks like these PJs and the playset for kids to wear all the time. I think it’s a little “out there” myself, but I kinda understand why people do it.
I just hope that the people that are buying stuff like this aren’t misunderstanding as much as the people pointing and laughing are.
