Mystics Knights of the Oingo Boingo on the Gong Show

Yes, The Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo were basically what you would call Proto-Oingo Boingo, but only if you were being exceptionally silly. And speaking of exceptionally silly, here they are on The Gong Show which is basically what you would call Proto-American Idol, but only if you wanted us to thump you.

After the break, we go from here to the end of Oingo Boingo…from their Halloween farewell concert. Which is one of my favorite live albums ever.
