Crazy Legs Conti: Zen and the Art of Competitive Eating. We all eat. But there are a few who eat at a different level. They eat for sport. They eat to win. Oysters, ribs, and the hot dog are consumed in mass quantities in only as few minutes. Entering this arena is Jason 'Crazy Legs' Conti. A long time fan, he inadvertently became a participant when he ate 34 dozen oysters in New Orleans and with that feat attracted the attention of the International Federation of Competitive Eating (IFOCE), an actual organization. In this film, we see Conti training both physically and mentally to compete in the Kentucky Derby of competitive eating, the Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest. To accompany this heart warming (or heart burning) story is an audio commentary with Mr. Crazy Legs Conti and the documentary directors and plenty of deleted scenes to satisfy your appetite. Rated R - Republicans in Hollywood. When Arnold Schwarzenegger ran for the governorship of California, filmmaker Jesse Moss wanted to see if Arnold was an aberration, a Hollywood Republican. He found that there are plenty of people in the entertainment industry that cover the conservative spectrum from the libertarianism of Drew Carey to the pro-life activism of Patricia Heaton. Do conservatives get a fair shake in notoriously liberal Hollywood? Is there a reverse black list? Or does Hollywood really give a shit about your politics as long as you make money? Docurama gives the usual deluxe treatment by including deleted scenes and interview outtakes, an interview of Moss on NPR's Leonard Lopate Show and biography of Moss.
