The Theme Song to Lost Boys 2?

Posted on 01.04.08 by Widge @ 2:49 am

This is the music video for the Switzerland entry to the Eurovision Song Contest. And if you don't know what the Eurovision Song Contest is, I don't even know how to begin to explain it to you because I'm not sure I understand it completely myself. But basically what you're looking at here is DJ Bobo's song "Vampires Are Alive." And while your initial reaction might be like mine--namely that this is the bastard child of Underworld and "Thriller"--my second reaction goes deeper into my geekdom...

As everyone but Akiva Goldsman knows, vampires are not, by definition, alive. So either DJ Bobo is doing an entire song about Morbius the Living Vampire or somebody somewhere is missing something.

Widge WTF? This sucked like a hooker bedstuy. Any self respectinf vampire would go kill DJ BoBo, every actor in the video, and the director.
This sounded like it came from a Disney movie.

Patricio: I think you're asking what month of 2009 are they coming to Chile? And I don't know if you mean an invading vampire army or DJ Bobo. I'd take the former, myself.
