Cruellest Month #1: Ulysses

Alfred Lord Tennyson

Spawned from the same insanity that brought you 32 Days of Halloween Audio and 13 Days of Xmas Audio comes Cruellest Month: 30 days of poetry audio. Because we like to hear ourselves read–and because it’s April, National Poetry Month. And yes, I said we. I’m hopefully going to be joined by some other members of the staff–so I’m looking forward to hearing what they come up with.

Our first up is “Ulysses” by Alfred Lord Tennyson. This poem is important to me as I’ve referenced it in a couple of my own pieces–and it’s just a damn fine specimen.

You can download it directly here and a unique feed for this is coming.
