My Dinners With Vincent #2: Fancy Franks, Part 3

Vincent Price

And so we're back with the next bit of the next chapter in the latest episode of me vs. food with the spirit of Vincent Price shaking his head and chuckling a more subdued version of his Thriller laugh. This special episode was recorded on Memorial Day and features me taking on two different hot dog recipes--at once! And things get intense.

In the future you might want to try a brush for basting with a thick sauce. The silicone ones they have now are easier to clean and less hassle than the natural-bristle ones used for pastry and such.

And bravo to the producers who insisted on fully-cooked bacon. If wrapped well enough the filling should pretty much stay put :)

These videos are just fabulous. I'm dying to try the stuffed frankfurters myself now.. :-)
