The Lion King: An Alternate Reality

Zazu and Mufasa from The Lion King
‘Do they suspect anything?’ ‘Not a thing, sire.’

Came up with this idea and posted it on my Facebook. I found it disturbing enough to share here as well. This is proof that the meds still aren’t working.

In an alternate reality version of The Lion King, Mufasa’s plan was always to have his mind transferred into Simba’s body after his death. This is the meaning of the mark which Rafiki places on the cub. This is why Scar killed Mufasa then told Simba to run away and never return, because he didn’t want Mufasa to come back and kill him. However, Scar, being a complete putz, let things get so wretched that Nala left and found Simba, thus bringing him back and allowing for Rafiki to implement the consciousness transfer. (This is why Rafiki performs the reading of signs when he senses Simba is alive and rejoices…because it’s even then not too late to save Mufasa.) Thus Mufasa in Simba’s body kills Scar and has a cub with Nala to setup his next lifetime after Simba’s body eventually dies.

Because HE LIVES IN YOU. HE LIVES IN ME. HE WATCHES OVER EVERYTHING WE SEE.
