What does this mean? ماذا يعني هذا؟ Established in 1986 and presented annually by the Poetry Foundation, the award is one of the most prestigious given to American poets, and at $100,000 it is one of the nation's largest literary awards. انشئت فى عام 1986 وتقدم سنويا من قبل المءسسه الشعر ، والجاءزه هي واحدة من ابرز الشعراء ونظرا لالاميركية ، وبمبلغ 100000 وهو واحد من الامة اكبر الجوائز الادبيه. Christian Wiman, editor of Poetry magazine and chair of the selection committee, made the announcement today. Wiman المسيحيه ، رئيس تحرير مجلة الشعر ، ورئيسة لجنة الاختيار ، قدمت الاعلان اليوم. The prize will be presented at an evening ceremony at the Arts Club of Chicago on Thursday, May 29. الجاءزه ستقدم في المساء حفل اقيم في نادي الفنون شيكاغو يوم الخميس ، 29 ايار / مايو. Yeah. نعم. I don't know about Prof. Snyder...maybe he's got a lucrative career on the side that I'm unaware of. انا لا اعرف عن الاستاذ سنايدر ربما... لقد حصل مربحه الوظيفي على ان الجانب انا على علم. But $100K to a poet? ولكن دولار الى 100 كيلو بايت شاعر؟ A poet? شاعر؟ Wow. وأو. That's something to any writer, but especially to a poet, when it's hard to get people these days to read, much less read poetry. هذا شيء الى أي كاتب ، ولكن بصفة خاصة الى شاعر ، عندما الصعب الحصول على الناس في هذه الايام ليصبح نصها كما يلي ، ناهيك عن قراءة الشعر. Well done. بالاضافة الى القيام به. If you don't know his work, I would recommend اذا كنت لا تعرف ما عمله ، اود ان اوصى No Nature لا الطبيعة for a nice primer. لطيفة اولية. It's criminal that it's out of print. ومن الجناءيه انها من اصل المطبوعه. And to my knowledge never hit CD. وعلى حد علمي لم تصل الى مؤتمر نزع السلاح.
