That's right, it's the series that gave us laser rifles that shot with such terrible accuracy that hardly anyone ever actually got shot. And Shout! Factory is re-releasing the whole shebang on DVD. But not just any book of photos: "Each of the surviving 21 astronauts from the Apollo missions has chosen a favorite photograph from his space flight especially for this book. These selections are accompanied by other iconic photographs from the Apollo missions." Stephen Hawking and his daughter Lucy give a foreword as well. Nice. Also of interest: "Apollo is the only photographic book on the Apollo missions to be created by NASA, and is the perfect commemorative volume about this epochal program, where legendary achievement was recorded in powerful images." That's right, because it's the 40th anniversary of the first moon landing on July 20th. So anyway, Abrams sent us a copy of the book to give away. Want to win it?
