Although previous rumors have stated that the script would involve our heroes, Buzz and Woody, finally going to the equivalent of a toy paradise, recent script drafts have revealed that post-Disney deal the story is taking a decidedly different turn. "We're all huge fans of Godfather 3 here at Pixar," a spokesperson said. "So just as that trilogy showed the unraveling of an empire, our third film will show what happens when the toys become bloated with their own Hollywood success and overconsume." Categorized as: Gear

Comments on this: just one. Add your own. ![]() As I kick off this year's TechnoCave Halloween Film Festival, I was looking up Duane Jones' career following our #1 film, Night of the Living Dead, and I found that Kyra Schon has dedicated her website, Ghoul Next Door, to Jones. Who is Kyra Schon? She played the little girl who broke more taboos in the film than anyone else, gnawing on her dad and killing her mom with a garden trowel. Which is why I was so startled and delighted to see that she has gear for sale--including garden trowels! How freaking cool is that? Sadly, the trowels are out of stock. But there's plenty of shirts and even resin busts along with other cool Dead-related gear. Go check out her site here. A must stop for fans of the Dead saga. Categorized as: Gear

And we mean building the whole thing: the pack, the proton wand, the trap, and the goggles. And when you get all that assembled you can celebrate Halloween by roasting marshmallows over the burning copies of Ghostbusters 2 on the grill in your backyard. Categorized as: Gear

Comments on this: none yet. Add your own. ![]() WETA Originals has launched a line of antique prop rayguns that could very easily be the wet dream of anyone who loves pulp sci-fi. That one we've got pictured is the Manmelter 3600ZX Sub-Atomic Disintegrator Pistol. All three are truly badass, and the site they've launched to promote this new line is worth checking out just for the humor involved. Sadly, no word yet on prices (I'll bet it's around the worth of a human kidney or something) or a release date. So start making out your Xmas list now. Categorized as: Gear
