12.31.08 by Widge @ 7:31 am ![]() We're back. With the final final Weekend Justice of 2008. Okay, fine, applaud a little. Here's a brief sampling of all the shit that winds up on the cutting room floor. As you've no doubt noticed if you've been a regular listener to the show--there's not much we actually trim off. In fact, we could probably due with editing a bit more. Alas, these things take time. Anyway, thanks to everybody who participated in this nonsense during 2008, including Doc, Jon, Ken, Kim, Rob, Rox, Scott, Tuffley, and if I forgot anybody it's because I need to make a fresh pot of coffee. Thanks to everybody who abused themselves by listening to this mess. As always, special thanks go out to Clutch for letting us use their absolutely badass song, "Promoter (of earthbound causes)" as our theme music for this. Buy Blast Tyrant, which is where you can find "Promoter". Buy their latest album, From Beale Street to Oblivion. Send them love and coin. BTW, you iTunes subscriber types can nab this feed here. Or if you want to do something else with it, the feed feed is here. To download this episode directly, do this thing. Categorized as: Podcasts

12.31.08 by Widge @ 6:25 am ![]() ![]() Ken Plume from Quick Stop Entertainment and I spend a lot of time on the phone. We have conversations that make very little sense. Then one day, I decided that we should harness our powers to save the world from certain death at the hands of easy listening pop radio stations. But Ken would hear none of it and instead he insisted we harness our powers for this Jell-O substitute, entitled "Nuts on the Road." Just remember...you've been warned. Here we have a very special episode of Nuts on the Road. Oh, one last thing: we're very, very sorry. Categorized as: Podcasts

12.24.08 by Widge @ 3:53 am ![]() As we careen towards the night of Christmas Eve, Ken and I thought that it would be a good thing if we all stopped to consider what Christmas was all about. Namely, World War I aerial dogfights. No pun intended. So in order to spread this notion far and wide, Ken had the bright idea to record a Christmas single. Our first. Maybe only. But regardless, here it is. Most Christmas single sales go to a charity or something. We're not actually selling this, but if you want to give to a charity, we highly recommend PlumeAid.
