03.19.07 ب [تثفّلي] @ 3:32 قبل الظّهر  في لهب الإشهار, أعجوبة صور متحرّكة أعلن الموت ستيف روجرز ([أكا]: نقيب أمريكا). الإنصراف جعل طلقة خردق عناوين عبر الكرة أرضيّة, وأتى في فقط ال صحّ وقت للكبل أخبار خبيرات--لأنّ أنت يستطيع دائما توقّفت [تلك بووت] موتى [سوبرمودل] طفلة [ددّي] فقط لزمن أن [تلك بووت] رمز ميّتة خياليّة. نعم, يكون أنا لقمة ساخرة حول هذا. After all, with everything else that's going on in the world--analyzing the political impact of Captain America's "death" seems like a terribly inappropriate thing for a responsible media outlet to do. But then again, who am I to say--considering the last time a Four Color Fury column showed up, Anderson Cooper was still the host of The Mole. But everything changes, I'm told. 10.26.06 by Widge @ 10:49 pm  On November 1st, the most WTF-worthy crossover since Archie met The Punisher will take place. A character on Guiding Light is going to be granted superpowers and wind up attracting the attention of many Marvel characters in an eight-page backup story in many Marvel titles. If you don't believe me, go watch the dreadful trailer. Kudos to Marvel for trying to bring together soap opera fans and comic book fans. I'm sure they think they're going to spawn some kind of bizarre "You got your peanut butter in my chocolate/You got your chocolate in my peanut butter moment" or something, but somehow the two demographics have never seemed like the type who would want to hang out at the other's conventions. I mean, hell, Marvel--you can't keep comic book fans going to comic book stores on a regular basis (and not just due to your inability to meet your own schedule). You really think you're going to get a bunch of housewives to descend upon the direct market? At least the quality of writing on Guiding Light will certainly be better than anything I've seen in Civil War. So that's something. Categorized as: Comics and Rants
