07.28.07 by Widge @ 4:23 am ![]() TCritic points us to a pair of kickass shirts that can be used to proclaim to the world what audiences you're cleared for. There's the Restricted Audiences shirt and then there's the All Audiences shirt. The latter, naturally, is green. You can see them both here. I'm NC-17, of course, which means I can't even get on a shirt. So. Categorized as: Headsup and Shirts

07.20.07 by Widge @ 4:32 am ![]() No, it's probably not legally binding in the least. However, Jason over at Cephalopodcast decided that when you're a gonzo filmmaker running about, but you still need to post notice to people that you're filming and they could be part of the crowd, why not make some yellow t-shirts that are hard to miss and put a generic release on them? Just add your particulars with a Sharpie and rock on. Again, probably wouldn't hold up, but as far as CYA goes it at least makes more sense than "Cape does not enable user to fly," right? 07.15.07 by Widge @ 5:36 am ![]() Yes, our very own Unidentified Madman is demonstrating for you just how grateful the ladies can be when you've saved them from a zombie horde. It's a rough life, yes. Now, we've talked about IZHL shirts before. Why am I bringing them up again? Is it partly to try and get you to order some so we can receive kickbacks? Well, honestly, yes. But mostly it's this: if you were considering getting some to wear for your Halloween shindig, this is your reminder. Go ahead and order it now. I ordered some of these for Xmas last year (they make great gifts) and they were delayed just because the fine folks at Seibei just got absolutely swamped with requests for the shirts. So I say give it plenty of lead time to make sure you get yours in and can be duly garbed for the best holiday of the year. Go here. Order away. Use "needcoffee" as your code to get 10% off. And stay vigilant. Categorized as: Shirts

03.15.07 by Widge @ 3:47 pm ![]() The latest in geek attire comes with a shirt that displays a game of pong on your chest via an "animated decal". Throw in a cape and you're Pong Man. Or something. At least the thing can be tossed in the laundry. The question is: Do I want this because it's geeky or do I want this because it's so dark grey it's almost black? Or could it be both? 03.11.07 by Widge @ 1:09 am ![]() Awesome. Found Item Clothing has created the green skeleton t-shirt worn by Nigel Tufnel in This is Spinal Tap, front and back. The site states: Normally, we try to match the shirt type exactly, but we thought we'd rather sell the shirt with the option of sleeves. That way you can adjust the level of sleevelessness to your own personal specifications. Well done. The rest of their shirts, taken from television shows and film, are pretty badass as well.
