03.11.07 by Widge @ 1:09 am ![]() Awesome. Found Item Clothing has created the green skeleton t-shirt worn by Nigel Tufnel in This is Spinal Tap, front and back. The site states: Normally, we try to match the shirt type exactly, but we thought we'd rather sell the shirt with the option of sleeves. That way you can adjust the level of sleevelessness to your own personal specifications. Well done. The rest of their shirts, taken from television shows and film, are pretty badass as well. 02.04.07 by Widge @ 7:36 pm ![]() We've tried to refrain from beating the whole Aqua Teen bomb "hoax" lunacy to death here, tempting as that has been, since it's already been flogged wonderfully in other places of the blogosphere. Check our del.icio.us links via the Needcoffee Feed if you want to see a nice bit about it. But we couldn't resist this: a guy who better not go anywhere near Boston. Categorized as: Shirts

01.15.07 by Widge @ 5:57 am Sadly, no, these aren't true Monarch Underoos. Partly because they're not really Underoos ("The closest you'll find," says the guy behind the auction) and partly because they're total bootlegs. If you want them, grab them and the other Venture Bros. clothing the guy has up for sale before he gets shut down. (Update: Obviously if you're reading this in the present day, the auction is long gone.) Why Adult Swim isn't making their own Venture gear I have no clue. And it just goes to show that for merchandising, somebody over there in the chain at Cartoon Network has no clue either. C'est la guerre. Categorized as: Shirts

12.19.06 by Widge @ 3:16 pm ![]() Doc sent me a link to The only thing I want to know is: why isn't this available in black? Why? Why, damn you, why? Update: Apparently it's not available in white now either. That domain has gone the way of all flesh. Tasty, tasty flesh. However, it appears somebody's doing the shirt here. Categorized as: Shirts

10.05.06 by Widge @ 5:12 pm ![]() The Lady Porphyre points out that Giant Robot has a most excellent shirt for Robert Anton Wilson (showing here), of which a solid $10 goes to RAW to help him out. In fact, Boing Boing posted an update that blows my mind and the minds of others here at Needcoffee HQ. Here's a snippet:
What blows our mind is not that he has enough coin now to be able to stay in his home, what blows our mind is that he's actually surprised that the community at large would rise up to watch his back. He means a great deal to all of us. I hope now he realizes how much. Thanks to everybody who helped out. Please continue to do so. Check the Boing Boing link here for info on how to donate.
