05.19.08 by ScottC @ 2:15 pm ![]() Let me say this up front, this is not my fault. Some of you may have seen clothing from Revobaby that celebrates the Proletaritot Movement. Revobaby outfits your little freedom fighter with revolutionary slogans so they can show solidarity with the movement. Well, there is more to this Proletaritot Movement than just cool t-shirts for your rugrat. OK, you remember Joseph, the future Evil Genius. Well, he's entered the Terrible Twos. I'm sure all you parents remember how your charming little bundle of joy turn into a creator of temper tantrums of epic proportions. Well, when young Evil Geniuses hit this stage in development, it's a bit... different. Again, I have to say, this was not my fault. I did not give Joseph a copy of Das Kapital. So you can not blame me that the junior Science Villain has become a Political Science Villain. Categorized as: Shirts

04.07.08 by ScottC @ 10:31 pm Again Threadless presents a couple of gems that please us no end. Here's one that will appeal to Needcoffee's master of the turntables, DJ B-Naut. For it truly takes the power of a god to handle the mind-shredding madness that is "The Cow Song" from Sesame Street. ![]() Categorized as: Shirts

03.03.08 by ScottC @ 10:33 pm Again Threadless presents a couple of gems that please us no end. If you are familiar with our tastes, you love we love the steampunk. Also, we here at Needcoffee are of a certain age where we look at the 1980s with nostalgia. So when I saw this, you know I had to bring it to everyone's attention. ![]() Is there a harpsichord version of 'In Your Eyes'? Categorized as: Shirts

02.06.08 by Widge @ 11:18 pm ![]() You know, we've been tracking the inevitable slide towards Skynet for a long time now, but we never thought that the invasion would come from so innocent a quarter as t-shirts. But it's happened. Enter My Robot Overlord, creating robot-themed t-shirts about the futility of resistance. Each shirt has a story behind it, each purchase is a vain attempt to stave off the rise of the machines, and each person that works for them just another cog in a satanic wheel of clothing. Or...something. They'd look even better in black, guys. Ahem. Found via Fantastic Blognanza. Update: That's right. Skynet: anticipated since 1922. Categorized as: Shirts

01.23.08 by Widge @ 12:32 am Yes, it took some doing, but here's our list of our favorite shirts of 2007. Since most shirts don't come with an official release date we can check anywhere, if any of these didn't actually street in 2007, well, you'll get over it. We found out about them in 2007, which is good enough for us. Credit must be given to the guys at Fantastic Blognanza, who inspired me to do my own list after reading theirs. You can check out theirs here: Greg's, Joe's and John's. There's only one shirt here that overlaps, so feel free to go over there for alternate opinions. 10. Winchester Tavern by Last Exit to Nowhere. ![]() We originally mentioned this here and yeah, we're suckers for zombie-related material, as any long or even short-time reader could tell you. But we love the hell out of Shaun of the Dead. I've already lobbied for this to be provided on a black tee. And for dogs to be able to look up. Categorized as: Shirts
