06.02.08 by Widge @ 6:58 pm ![]() Now through June 8th, Threadless has shirts for as low as $10. I alert you to this because I'm sending out cool Threadless shirt links to people all the time--but they're watching their wallets (wisely, he added, at the risk of an overpowering bit of alliteration). So now's your chance to stock up for birthdays or even look ahead to Xmas, which will sadly be here before you know it. Also--these shirts make great gifts for little kids. You know, when you're not buying the kids books. Or in addition to the books. Full sale info here. Categorized as: Shirts

06.01.08 by Widge @ 1:55 am ![]() Well, I don't know much about Kevin Smith's Zack and Miri Make a Porno beyond what I saw in the preview bits that Ken showed at New York Comic-Con, but I do know that any filmmaker who has the sense and good taste to create hockey jerseys for a team called the Monroeville Zombies deserves some serious points. You can buy yours here. They're pricey, but very damn cool. Categorized as: Shirts

05.27.08 by Widge @ 4:43 am ![]() As much as I dig a guy in a diver's helmet fighting off some sort of oceanic apparition with a knife, I think the prize for this week goes to "Incredible Circus," because how can you not dig an elephant and a monkey doing a trapeze act with that much confidence? 05.22.08 by Widge @ 3:25 am ![]() Fat Buddha is selling t-shirts that are mashups between Technics and Marvel Comics. The result? An idea that seems like it might be lame, like DJ Iron Man, DJ Wolverine or DJ Human Torch...just seems to work. Perhaps it's because these t-shirts are cooler than anything else coming out of the former House of Ideas, now known, as discussed previously, as the Shack of Shite. Categorized as: Shirts

05.19.08 by ScottC @ 2:15 pm ![]() Let me say this up front, this is not my fault. Some of you may have seen clothing from Revobaby that celebrates the Proletaritot Movement. Revobaby outfits your little freedom fighter with revolutionary slogans so they can show solidarity with the movement. Well, there is more to this Proletaritot Movement than just cool t-shirts for your rugrat. OK, you remember Joseph, the future Evil Genius. Well, he's entered the Terrible Twos. I'm sure all you parents remember how your charming little bundle of joy turn into a creator of temper tantrums of epic proportions. Well, when young Evil Geniuses hit this stage in development, it's a bit... different. Again, I have to say, this was not my fault. I did not give Joseph a copy of Das Kapital. So you can not blame me that the junior Science Villain has become a Political Science Villain. Categorized as: Shirts
