This is actually a ginormous shroom known as Sulphur Shelf (which, incidentally, is a terrific name for a band–if it’s not already been snatched up). It looks like guts and tastes like chicken. Which, oddly enough, can be used to describe a goodly portion of school cafeteria food. Go figure.
