David Manning, as you might remember, was a fake film critic created by Sony to help them promote films that were essentially crap. Although I actually appreciated The Patriot. But the good news is if you found yourself unwittingly a pawn in their game and shelling out dough to see Hollow Man, Vertical Limit, A Knight’s Tale, or The Animal in cinemas, they owe you.
