Iggy Pop’s Concert Rider: A Bit Like a Boxing Kangaroo

The Smoking Gun has seen many, many concert riders (i.e. the document that performers send ahead of time with their demands for how things should be set up to their liking). They state that this one from Iggy Pop is the funniest they’ve ever received. And it’s easy to see why. It’s eighteen pages of pure genius.

Here are several quick ways to find out if the wedges you are using are NOT really very suitable
1. They were removed from the parcel shelf of a 1974 Ford Cortina
2. When you look underneath, it says “© The Disney Corporation – collect all 5 from Burger King^TM.”
3. They can be easily lifted above head height – by your wife …
