Man, how to take steampunk to the next level: wire up a telegraph sounder so it clacks out an RSS feed for you.

If you go to that site, they have a video of the thing in action. I didn’t post the video here because I don’t know what the hell the thing is actually saying. It could have been an RSS feed from Craigslist, or it could have been just calling my mom a water buffalo. Or, considering some of the crazy stuff that you can find on Craigslist, it could be an offer from somebody to call my mom a water buffalo for a reasonable charge. You never know.
