I have mixed feelings about this upcoming technology leap for coffee makers. One that learns? One that can anticipate your needs? One that knows where you are? That’s what JL Hufford Coffee and Tea is working on.

On one hand, a coffee machine that can make you the perfect cup of coffee, tailored just for you–sounds pretty good. But when Skynet hits, it would feel like the most terrible betrayal to have this precious friend turn on you and try to kill you.

But hey, until death comes, great coffee.
