I remember when I first heard a song by C.W. Stoneking. It was “The Thing I Done.” (It’s the same album, Goin’ Boogaloo, as this track.) I looked him up, expecting to find out he was a previously unknown-to-me artist of yesteryear. Nope. It was out in 2014. Mind slightly blown.
