Levi Stubbs, lead singer of The Four Tops, died in his sleep at his home in Detroit. He was 72 years old.
Even though we thank Levi for The Tops’ many most excellent songs, like “Standing in the Shadows of Love,” “Reach Out I’ll Be There,” and “Can’t Help Myself,” we also thank him for what’s after the break.
