Two reporters witness a strange swimming creature and find themselves in hot water when it’s discovered there’s certainly more than one strange swimming creature. And they live in an underwater city of their own. And maybe they’re working for somebody Bond-villain-esque? Yes, it’s a weird mashup of Creature From the Black Lagoon and…I dunno, from the very cheesy stable of Bond movies…Moonraker? And yes, that’s a pre-Street Fighter Shin’ichi “Sonny” Chiba in the lead role. Enjoy.
