32 Days of Halloween XVI, Day 27

Spirit Photography From the Victoria & Albert Museum
The Canterville Ghost (1988)
Death Bed: The Bed That Eats

So I had to go out of town suddenly and didn’t have good access to the Halloween Engines for 32 Days. So that’s why the gap. We will catch up though.

This is a nice little video showing some items concerning spirit photography from the Victoria & Albert Museum…it’s a bit too skeptical about skeptics, but some of the items are quite cool.

And then to 1988 and a short animated adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s The Canterville Ghost.

Not just a Patton Oswalt routine, Death Bed: The Bed That Eats is a real thing. And it’s definitely a “Title Says It All” deal. According to Wikipedia (which is always right), there was a stage adaptation in 2014. How there isn’t already an Off-Broadway musical I have no damn clue.
