Squirm (1976)

For today’s entry, we first kick off with a bit of Boris Karloff starring in an episode of his underrated show, Thriller. This one’s from the second season and stars Karloff, plus very familiar faces–Elizabeth Montgomery, Tom Poston and John Carradine.

And since Day 11 has usually been about animals attacking mankind, we keep with tradition and bring you 1976’s Squirm, in which worms are the latest critters to decide to nosh on humans. An early film from makeup FX guy Rick Baker, it also stars Don Scardino, who would go on to direct scads of things, including many episodes of 30 Rock and Law & Order. Enjoy.
