I have way too much music. You know this if you’ve been around enough, because I rarely remember where I picked up most of it or heard it for the first time. This time, though, with Diggs Duke, I’m pretty sure I know. Because this is from the Brownswood 10 compilation, and Brownswood is Gilles Peterson’s label–fairly certain I heard it first on his show. So yes, this is a short and lovely song–and there’s scads more of his work where this came from.
